About Craig
I'd like to communicate my sincere appreciation for the services provided by Craig Schniepp. His level of service has gone above and beyond what was expected from a realtor.
My relatives, in California, were moved into assisted living and I live in Colorado. Even with trips once a month to assist with preparing the home to sell, I couldn’t have done it without Craig’s help. His resources for house/carpet cleaning, outdoor clean-up, minor services, etc. were outstanding. He even helped when I didn’t know who to contact for unique services for the home. There wasn’t anything he wasn’t open to helping with!
Through it all Craig’s communication was outstanding. He had constant updates and was always open to my inquiries. His care in assisting elderly clients was so valuable to our family. He showed great kindness in communicating and explaining details with them. Craig was also very flexible through medical issues that arose during the process. I’ve never worked with a realtor who assisted at the level that Craig did and I’ve worked with a lot of realtors over the years.
Our family gained a friend through the home selling process and that’s a rare occurrence. I could go on and on about how wonderful a realtor and person Craig Schniepp is.
