About Jihan
Hello! I'm originally from Walnut, California and I'm excited to be living in Carlsbad with my husband and three children. We have a daughter at UC San Diego, a daughter at UC Santa Cruz, and a son at Sage Creek High School. I began my real estate career on the island of Oahu and remain licensed in Hawaii. I graduated from Purdue University and have a business background having owned The UPS Store franchise. I was also a top recruiter for Aflac on the West Coast. Through these positions, my education and training has developed my skills in integrity, being a self motivated entrepreneur, having precise attention to detail, and having excellent negotiation skills. I have a passion for assisting people reach their ultimate dream of home ownership and investment. In my free time, I love spending time with family, friends, and our Mini Australian Shepard, Kaya.
