Bob Reece -Mechanical Engineering Kent State, BS Business Cal State 1981 degree. 31 total years in aerospace working at 3 local aerospace firms in California in various roles as manufacturing engineering, procurement - finance, and managing 3 plants as GM for 13 years. 7 years managing large industrial commercial investment properties for AICI Investment, Los Angeles. In 2016 started RDR Real Estate Investments, INC. -personal property rentals, real estate sales and real estate renovations & flips.
Management of Industrial/Commercial properties for AICI, Los Angeles includes management of leasehold properties for large companies such as Express Scripts, Precision Castparts Corp, Air Tuf Products & Air Industries Corporation. Bob served as President of the LA based Commercial Real Estate Investment Portfolio of AICI Investments from 2013 to 2015 and served 5 additional years as a managing director. AICI commercial properties investment company consisted of 11 large commercial properties leased long term to our clients located in Los Angeles, Orange County, Phoenix and Tempe Arizona.
Diane Reece has experience in sales management and leads an expansive group of volunteers that supports our troops at Camp Pendleton and deployed around the globe.
