About Deborah
Deborah has a proven track record as a high achiever with several notable accomplishments. After an impactful 20-year career as a nationally recognized educator, she has founded multiple companies, including 15 years at the helm of a custom home construction company and founding a senior downsizing estate sale company in Santa Barbara (providing several vital services to our senior communities and their families). As a proven self-starter entrepreneur and businesswoman, and most importantly, gifted with the “heart of service,” Deborah provides clients with many essential skills to assist them with their real estate needs. Deborah is a Residential Remodeling Specialist, Luxury Specialist, Probate & Trust Specialist, and SRES. During her first years in real estate, she quickly achieved the prestigious 1% Top of Network Chairmans Circle Platinum Award.
She and is experienced in home construction and maintenance, having designed, built, and sold 30 custom homes and seven remodel projects. In her spare time, she serves on the Board of Directors at the Santa Barbara Jewish Federation and volunteers on Friday, delivering challah to seniors around town. Deborah is active with her wife in the Santa Barbara Women's Fund and an extraordinary non-profit group home of at-risk-girls. She is always interested in the life stories of others, especially our veterans who served our county. As the Co-owner of SBSOS LLC, a local senior downsizing company, she has proven her ability to methodically navigate clients through preparing to sell, downsize, and coordinate a seamless, peaceful move.
