With nearly two decades of experience in the Santa Barbara real estate market, I recently made the Santa Ynez Valley my home — trading the coastal breeze for open space, natural beauty, and a close-knit community. It’s a move that reflects the lifestyle so many people are drawn to here, and one I’m grateful to have made myself.
My background in interior design and natural eye for potential allow me to see beyond what’s on the surface and recognize what a property can become. Having built my own home in Santa Barbara and renovated in the Valley, I also bring firsthand experience navigating permits, regulations, and the practical realities of turning vision into reality — knowledge that helps my clients move forward with confidence.
Having lived internationally and relocated myself, I understand the emotions and decisions that come with change. This perspective allows me to connect easily with clients, particularly those making meaningful transitions or moving from afar.
My approach is defined by discretion, honesty, and a deep commitment to the people I represent. I’m proud that much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals — a reflection of long-standing relationships built on trust and thoughtful guidance.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy the creative and active lifestyle this area offers — singing in an 80s cover band, spending time on the pickleball court, and embracing the everyday rhythm of life in the Valley.
