Hi, I'm Kristi - a Southern California native, real estate agent, and financial coach who's passionate about helping people feel confident in one of life's biggest decisions: where to call home. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer feeling overwhelmed or a long-time homeowner thinking about downsizing, I'm here to make the process less intimidating and more empowering.
With an MBA from Cal State Long Beach and over 18 years in client-focused roles, I bring together real estate expertise, financial insight, and a heart for service. As a money coach, I've helped individuals and families increase financial literacy, get out of debt, and build lasting financial wellness - often with homeownership as the end goal. (I've walked that path myself, paying off nearly $137,000 in personal debt - so I understand the peace of mind that comes from getting financially grounded.)
I specialize in helping first-time buyers find their footing and also in guiding legacy homeowners through thoughtful transitions. With strong roots in both Los Angeles and Orange County, I bring local knowledge and down-to-earth guidance to every step of your real estate journey.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me volunteering in the community, spending time with my six wonderful nieces and nephews, or getting my steps in at Disneyland - soaking up the nostalgia, charm, and whimsy of Main Street, U.S.A. (Yes, I'm that SoCal Disney girl!)
